How Lixsady.ch manages reports of abuse for hosting services.
Lixsady.ch handles all forms of service abuse related to our web hosting and managed game panel services. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal content, hacking attempts, spam, fraud, and copyright violations.
Users should report any suspected abuse by emailing legal@lixsady.ch. Reports must include:
• Evidence of the abuse
• Server or node information
• Relevant IP addresses
• Contact information for follow-up
All reports are manually reviewed by an internal team and, when required, an external team. Complaints are verified before any action is taken.
If abuse is confirmed, related accounts and services may be suspended, terminated, or blacklisted. Lixsady.ch enforces immediate action upon verification of abuse. No prior warning is required.
Reportees will be informed of the outcome if no malicious activity is found. Lixsady.ch does not guarantee notification for all actions, nor are we obligated to handle every report received.
Users are responsible for their own service usage and compliance with applicable laws. Lixsady.ch cannot be held liable for abuse caused by third parties.
