5. Abuse & Harmful Conduct

• Malware, ransomware, spyware, or botnet activity

6. Network & Infrastructure Abuse

Users must not interfere with the integrity or performance of Lixsady.ch infrastructure.

• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
• Network scanning or exploitation attempts
• Bypassing security or access controls
• Activities that disrupt other customers

7. Resource Usage

Services must be used within the limits of the selected plan. Excessive or abusive resource usage is prohibited.

• Unauthorized crypto mining or proof-of-work workloads
• Automated tasks that degrade platform stability
• Persistent resource abuse affecting other users

8. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all content, software, and data hosted through their accounts. Lixsady.ch does not monitor or inspect customer content by default.

9. Monitoring & Logging

To ensure service security and stability, we may collect:

• Panel login attempt records
• Server usage statistics for plan enforcement

We do not log IP addresses and do not access hosted content without prior legal authorization or explicit customer consent.

10. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in corrective action, including:

• Temporary suspension of services
• Permanent account termination
• Immediate termination for severe violations
