Lixsady.ch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for reporting and addressing copyright infringement claims.
This policy applies to all hosting services, managed web hosting, and managed game panel services provided by Lixsady.ch.
Copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit a written notice of alleged infringement. The notice must include:
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on our services.
• Contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
• Notify the account holder responsible for the content.
• Maintain records of all DMCA notices and actions taken.
If a user believes content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notification including:
• Their physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and its location prior to removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that they have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.
• Contact information including address, phone number, and email.
• Consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts if located in Switzerland.
Accounts found to repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated and placed on a service blacklist.
This DMCA Policy is designed to comply with:
• Swiss copyright law
• Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of the United States (for applicable cases)
• GDPR, FADP, and PIPEDA regarding data handling and notices
